Cheese Mozzarella

Mozzarella is used for most types of pizza and several pasta dishes or served with sliced tomatoes and basil in Caprese salad.

Their lower fat content makes them the best for uniform melting, and they're integral to some of our favorite mozzarella recipes, like homemade pizza, mozzarella sticks, or cheesy garlic bread.
