Please note: Local delivery charges will be added at checkout, and import duty and taxes will be invoiced separately. In most cases, taxes are calculated at an average of 20%. If any items incur higher taxes due to government regulations, we’ll notify you before shipping or purchasing so you’re always in the loop.

1. Pick a Box

Choose the box size that works best for your shipment from our website. Once selected, you or Bunnasia can start ordering the items to be packed in it! When you check out, the local delivery charges will be calculated and added to the box shipping price, so everything is clear and upfront.

2. Order Your Items

You have two options:

• Do It Yourself: Order your items from up to 3 Australian retailers and have them delivered directly to our Brisbane warehouse.
• Let Us Help: Share your shopping list with us, and we’ll handle the ordering for you for a small additional fee.

3. We Pack It for You

Once all your items arrive at our warehouse, we’ll carefully pack them into your chosen box. Everything will be securely packed and sealed to ensure it’s safe during transit. We’ll label the box with your details and any necessary information to keep it all organized.

4. Delivery to Your Door

After your box is packed and ready, we’ll calculate the final taxes (typically 20%, unless notified otherwise) along with local delivery charges. Once you approve, we’ll handle the rest—from professional handling to delivering your treasures right to your door in Asia!
