1x 40 g McCormick Grill Mates Tennessee Smokehouse Slow and Low BBQ Rub
1 kg pork ribs
Serves 6 Cooking Time: 2-3 hours
How to Make
1. Rub McCormick Grill Mates BBQ Rub onto ribs. Cover meat tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hrs (or overnight).
2. Place unwrapped ribs into a medium sized roasting tray, add 2 cups of hot water into the base of the tray and cover tightly with foil.
3. BBQ in a low (160C) pre-heated BBQ for 2-3 hrs* on the warming rack or on the top of an inverted tray, until tender. Turn ribs every hour and ensure there is still liquid in the base of the roasting tray.
